Brad Foster is on trial for the murder of Douglas McKennan. There had been a warning that there was an imminent nuclear strike. Foster had gone to his fall out shelter built for three – his wife and daughter. McKennan had tried to break in and to protect himself and his family Foster shot him. However things take a different turn when the first witness reveals that Foster’s wife was having an affair with McKennan.
